Never clean your skillet with soap and a steel wool pad! This destroys the polymerized oils you've created to make your skillet non-stick!

After meal use warm water and wooden spoon or bamboo brush and Kosher salt to clean excess food. Never use metal utensils to scrape cooking surface!

Rinse and dry skillet with paper towel.. Return to stovetop and heat for 45-60 seconds

Make sure your skillet is dry and warm to the touch! Be careful and apply a light coat of canola or sunflower oil with clean paper towel to entire skillet, cooking surface, handle and exterior-then wipe off. Store in cool dry place.
